NEW DELHI: Delhi and parts of Haryana reeled under severe cold wave and fog conditions, affecting trains services. 

Thirty-nine trains were delayed while 15 cancelled and 11 rescheduled as low visibility dropped in 

As per the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature will be 25 degree Celsius, with lows of five degrees.

 

Dense fog is expected to continue through the day. 

The air quality level continued to be poor

 

On Wednesday morning, a dense layer of fog engulfed the national capital and its neighbourhood regions - Noida and Gurgaon. 

Severe cold conditions are expected to continue over the next few days, said the Indian Metereological Department.
