Representational image New Delhi: UGC NET November 2017 exam will be conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on November 5.
The examination schedule has been released on the official website - cbse.nic.in.
As per the official website, "The candidates are advised to visit the examination centre a day before the conduct of examination to know the exact location of the center to avoid any delay in reporting at the examination center as per schedule. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the time of last entry (9.30 am for Paper-I, Paper-II and 2.00 pm for Paper-III)."
CBSE will conduct NET in 84 subjects.
The exam is conducted for determining the eligibility for assistant professor only or Junior Research Fellowship.
It is also for eligibility for assistant professor both in Indian universities and colleges.
