London: Police was called in to break up an altercation between `Star Wars` fans and `Doctor Who` buffs at a sci-fi convention in Norwich.
The fans squared up to each other as `Star Wars` Sith Lord, Judge Dredd - and Time Lord from British TV show `Doctor Who.` The fight broke at the convention - organised by the Norwich Star Wars Club - after one fan reportedly told another buff that he will "knock his f****** head off" after members of the rival Norwich Sci Fi Club came there to get some autographs, the Sun reported. 44-year-old Jim Poole, NSFC treasurer, and three pals visited the 4th Norwich Sci-Fi and Film Convention together but Poole sparked anger by asking Graham Cole - a former Doctor Who Cyberman - for an autograph. 63-year-old Richard Walker, NSWC president, said that he asked Poole to leave before he guided him from the fair. He added that it was more or less an argument. ANI
