Bobbi Kristina's beau Nick Gordon served with $10M lawsuit

Washington DC:  Nick Gordon has been officially served with a 10 million dollars lawsuit, filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina, which accuses him of both physically assaulting and stealing thousands from her.

The 25-year-old Basketball player was served at a Starbucks in Longwood, Florida on July 13, reported Fox News.

It is being said that Gordon, who has been seen rarely since news broke that Whitney Houston's 22-year-old daughter was transferred to a hospice in Atlanta, has assembled a very well-known legal team to face the lawsuit.

Kristina's court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, has filed the lawsuit against the player in Fulton County Superior Court on June 24, which means it took almost three weeks to serve Gordon and his last sighting was on June 28 in Florida.

Sources reveal that no criminal charges have been filed against him.
