London: Former football star David Beckham is hoping his two-year-old daughter Harper will follow in his footsteps and become a soccer player.
The retired soccer star is pleased with the way two-year-old Harper is progressing with a football and says she loves playing the game with her brothers, Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 12 and nine-year-old Cruz, reported Contactmusic.
"Harper`s skills are coming on pretty well. We`ll see if she wants to follow in my footsteps or not, she loves playing it with the boys," David said. While Brooklyn has undergone trials at soccer side Queens Park Rangers and his father`s old club Manchester United recently, the 38-year-old star said his eldest boy isn`t any closer to signing professional terms for a club. "Brooklyn isn`t close to signing anything yet, he`s just enjoying himself. He`s playing and enjoying it like every kid does so that`s great," he added.
