Josh Sussman sues over film investment

Los Angeles: `Glee` star Josh Sussman has filed a lawsuit alleging he was duped into investing in a defunct production company.

The 30-year-old actor, who played Jacob Ben Israel on the hit musical show, claimed he handed over almost USD 30,000 to Mikel Dusi and Gold Rush Pictures to invest in a film called `Wally`s Revenge`, reported TMZ online.He alleged that he had been promised a 20 per cent return on his investment within 90 days, but later discovered the company had folded two years earlier. In the papers, Sussman accuses Dusi of refusing to return his money and demanding another USD 50,000 to buy out of the deal.
