Kim Kardashian, Kanye West expecting second baby

Los Angeles: Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is expecting her second child with her rapper husband, Kanye West.

The 34-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star announced the news of her pregnancy in a teaser following the mid-season finale of the reality show, reported E! online.

The clip shows Kim learning of the exciting news during a doctor's appointment.

North West's mother later spilled the bean to her sister Khloe Kardashian.

"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim, who is seen smiling widely, told Khloe.

Before the episode aired, Kim teased her fans on Twitter that there would be some "exciting news" coming.

"Who is excited for tonight's KUWTK finale?!?!?! There's some exciting news to share so make sure you tune in!!!!!" she wrote.

After the footage aired, her best friend Jonathan Cheban sent her a congratulation message on Twitter.

"Congrats Kim!!! Baby #2."
