Los Angeles: Reality TV star Kris Jenner has reportedly called for a family intervention after it was revealed her former spouse Bruce Jenner was planning on starring in a new show documenting his "transition" into becoming a woman.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star is said to have been on holiday in Paris when a source close to the family confirmed that Bruce was set to release a docu-series following his transformation journey.
Kris, 59, now wants to "sit everyone down and figure out what the hell is going on", reported Hollywood Life.
The showbiz matriarch, who has Kourtney Kardashian, 35, Khloe Kardashian, 30, and Kim Kardashian West, 34, from a previous marriage as well as Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17, with Bruce ? is also worried that her daughters have been keeping her "in the dark" about the former Olympian's plans.
"She's preparing a family intervention and she means business. Paris was supposed to be fun but it's turned into Kris' worst nightmare because of all the drama back home and she's not there to control it," a source said.
"Kris understands Bruce has a story to tell but she feels the girls need to let her in on what's going on with their father so she can help the situation. She's used to having the authority and knowing everything that's going on in her family's life but when it comes to Bruce and the phases and changes he's going through, she's in the dark," it added.
Bruce, 65, first sparked speculation he had started the transition last year when he reportedly underwent a laryngeal shave to reconstruct his Adam's Apple and is said to be preparing to release the series when "he is ready".
