Lindsay Lohan avoids jail, but will spend 90 days in rehab

London: Lindsay Lohan, who pleaded no contest to reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing officers who were investigating a car accident in which she was involved in June, has been sentenced to 90 days in a rehabilitation centre. The 26-year-old actress, who has struggled for years with legal problems, was on probation when her sports car crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway while she was on her way to a film shoot. Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney said the `Mean Girls` star will also have to do 30 days of community service and undergo 18 months of psychotherapy, the Telegraph reported. Dabney then gave her a simple suggestion, "don`t drive" . ANI
