American singer Mary J. Blige has been slapped with a 3.4-million-dollar bill by Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Washington: American singer Mary J. Blige has been slapped with a 3.4-million-dollar bill by Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The IRS filed a federal tax lien against the 42-year-old singer, claiming that she failed to pay all her income taxes for 3 years 2009 (574,907.30 dollars), 2010 (2,203,743.53 dollars) and 2011 (647,604.60 dollars), TMZ.com reported. Meanwhile, the State of New Jersey has claimed that she owes 901,769.65 dollars to them in back taxes. She is also being sued for reportedly defaulting on a 2.2-million-dollars bank loan and her charity is facing a lawsuit that claims that it took out a 250,000-dollar loan and never returned it. ANI
