Washington: Michael Jackson`s nephew Taj has said that the singer helped him cope after an uncle from his mother`s side sexually assaulted him when he was young.
Taj, who is the son of Michael`s brother Tito, said that he wouldn`t have gotten through it if Michael didn`t console him at that time. He tweeted in response to the recent allegations made by Michaels` choreographer friend Wade Robson, "What people will $ay and do for money and to $tay relevant is $ickening. De$perate times call for De$perate mea$ures. #Money." He posted on his Twitter account that he is not going to sit back and let someone lie about Michael. Taj also said that he knows Wade is lying, as he spent a great deal of time with him at Neverland, asserting that he will not let him smear Michael`s legacy. He said that as Michael is no longer alive to defend himself, he will defend him, Contactmusic reported. Taj also tweeted an image of a note he said Michael wrote to his mother, which read "Dee Dee please read this article about child molestation and please read it to Taj (and his siblings) ... it brings out how even your own relatives can be molesters of children, even uncles or aunts molesting nephews or nieces. Please Read. Love MJ (sic)." ANI
