Washington: Michelle Williams is clearing her closet as she wants to donate her clothes to charity. The former Destiny’s Child star picked out her unworn items on Monday and asked followers on Twitter to suggest worthy organisations in need of donations.
“Cleaning my closet. I have so many things, lots w/ (with) tags still on them that I’m not going to wear. Wanna give them away...” a website has quoted her as tweeting.
“There are so many women and girls who don’t have. I have such a great feeling in my heart about giving this stuff away to who needs it most!” she wrote.
One fan urged her to take the bags to a domestic violence shelter, to which Williams replied, “That’s part of the plan!! I can’t wait to go to the local shelter here!!”
