When men dressed as women claimed Mumbai streets at night

Mumbai: In order to bat for woman rights, a number of men participated in a campaign titled ‘Walk Like A Woman’. Interestingly, these young men were seen dressed up as women as a mark of respect to womanhood and create awareness about safety of women.

They walked the streets of Mumbai in the garb of women to create awareness about their right to claim their freedom at any time of the day or night. The aim of the campaign was to let the society know that women had the right to dress up the way they wanted to. A woman must be respected irrespective of what kind of clothes she chooses to wear.
