Mumbai: They may have brought in the moolah the first time round, but producres- actors Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan are not planning any sequel for ‘RA.One’ and ‘Delhi Belly’.
SRK’s magnum opus, ‘RA.One’ has been garnering mixed response ever since it’s release. While many panned the film, ardent fans of the star loved watching SRK in a superhero avatar. The movie ended on a note which hinted at a sequel but sources close to the actor has revealed that he hasn’t thought of making an sequel yet.
Infact the actor has himself gone on record saying that a sequel to ‘RA.One’ is not in the offing as of now and he will now concentrate on his next film, Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Don 2’.
Similarly, Aamir Khan, too, isn`t planning a sequel of his adult comedy, ‘Delhi Belly!’. Both Aamir and his wife Kiran Rao have vehemently denied that they are planning any kind of sequel to the film.
It was earlier speculated that Kiran herself would be writing and directing the sequel, but now it has been revealed that the ‘perfectionist’ Khan is waiting for a mind blowing script to make the sequel.
At present Aamir is busy working on Reema Kagti`s untitled film which stars Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor with him.
In the age of sequels, looks like both the Khans are not willing to take a second chance!
