‘Hate Story 2’: TV actress Surveen Chawla replaces sexy Paoli Dam as the main lead

New Delhi: The sequel to Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Hate Story’ has already been announced and this time TV actress Surveen Chawla will replace Paoli Dam as the lead character in the film. Surveen is quite a popular face on television and she has acted in TV soaps like Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasauti Zindagi Kay’ and a number of TV commercials. Even the direction of the film won’t be handles by Vivek Agnihotri this time because he has his hands full with a number of other projects. Vikram Bhatt has picked up Vishal Pandya to helm the project. Now the question is whether Surveen Chawla and Vishal Pandya will be able to recreate the same captivating effect as Paoli Dam and Vivek Agnihotri did in the prequel? Well, at least producer Vikram Bhatt thinks that they will be able to do justice to the sequel. And he also adds that the film won’t revolve just around sex, rather it will be more about a woman’s mind. So, it is time that Surveen pulls up her socks for her new role on the big screen since getting into the sensual Paoli’s shoes won’t be that easy!
