Mumbai: Known as a method actor, Hrithik Roshan woos his fan with each performance. The actor, who won many hearts with his last act in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’, is all set to raise the bar high for his next film Karan Johar’s remake - ‘Agneepath’. Believe it or not but Hrithik has dedicated himself to the iconic role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan and is leaving no stone unturned to make sure he gets into the skin of the character.
The actor is on a muscle building spree and his trusted trainer Satyajit Chaurasia is making sure that Hrithik achieves his target.
Talking to a news daily, Chaurasia said, "Hrithik is undergoing a special exercise regimen for four hours every day. He spends an hour doing cardio every morning and three hours in the evening lifting weights".
As for his diet, his trainer said, "He has to eat lots of chicken and consume 22 eggs every day. He breaks down the intake of eggs through the day, taking four in a single shot. This makes it easier for him to stick to his diet."
Adds Chaurasia, "To begin with, we are working on expanding his arms. When we started out his arms measured sixteen-an-a-half inches. We need to notch up 18."
The actor and his trainer have set themselves a deadline of two months to achieve the perfect form. Here’s wishing Hrithik a healthy work-out.
