Katrina Kaif to be roped in for ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ sequel?

Mumbai: After Preity Zinta reportedly was dropped out by the Deols for the sequel to their home production ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’, news now has it that the trio is interested to cast Katrina Kaif in their film. The Chikni Chameli girl sure knows how to keep men smitten by her charm – and the Deols, too, are no different! The Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol starrer, that had received considerably good response at the box office last year, is now all set to take its story ahead. With new director Sangeeth Sivan more than ready to rope Katrina in, all that now awaits the Deol production is an ‘I do!’ from the pretty lass. Speaking to a daily, a source has confirmed the interest that the Deols have been showing in Katrina. Says the person, “Negotiations are on. If Katrina doesn`t agree, there are some other names under consideration.” The film is scheduled to go on floors by August this year, and a new storyline is in the offing for people who have been waiting expectantly for ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana 2’. The film is expected to be wrapped up by the end of the year.
