Prakash Jha does a cameo in `Satyagraha`

Mumbai: Filmmaker Prakash Jha took a break from being behind the scenes and faced the cameras for a scene in his forthcoming film `Satyagraha`, which hits the screens Friday. He says it was an instinctive decision to feature in the scene.

"It is true I have done a cameo in the film. It`s a crucial scene in the film and it was a purely instinctive decision on the sets to be a part of this scene. I had not planned it," Jha said. The filmmaker will be seen at a crucial point in the film when the characters essayed by Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan are shown in conflict over a miscommunication. Jha plays a common man in the film. He will be seen discussing the state of affairs in a village where the `revolution` begins A socio-political thriller, `Satyagraha` also features Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpayee and Amrita Rao. IANS
