‘Raaz 3’ grosses 11 crores on its opening day!

Mumbai: Vishesh Films’ ‘Raaz 3’ couldn’t have made the Bhatts happier. A brainchild of Vikram Bhatt, this 3D horror flick, despite receiving mixed reviews from critics, has been able to garner Rs. 11.05 crores on its opening day itself. And going by the full theatres, the film seems all set to do good business during the weekend too. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to micro-blogging site Twitter to inform people about the opening day collections. Adarsh’s tweet read: “#Raaz3 *India* Thu previews 58 lacs, Fri 10.47 cr. Total: 11.05 cr nett. Extra-ordinary. Bhatts, Emraan & @bipsluvurself `s biggest opener!” Adarsh further went on to speculate the expected business of the film in its first weekend, “#Murder2 *1st Week* 36.5 cr... #Jannat2 *1st Week* 35.55 cr... #Raaz3 expected to collect 33 cr - 36 cr in just *opening weekend*. Bravo!” After a lukewarm ‘Jism 2’, seems like the Bhatt camp has been able to produce a blockbuster this time around!
