Varun Dhawan, Ileana D’Cruz: Make way for the newest couple on celluloid!

Delhi: Varun Dhawan, who shot to fame last year with his debut in Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year’, has now been roped in for an Ekta Kapoor production. And guess who’s playing his lead lady! It’s the Southern sensation – Ileana D’Cruz – who made many hearts skip beats when she played Ranbir Kapoor’s love interest in ‘Barfi!’ in 2012. David Dhawan, Varun’s father, is to be donning the director’s hat for the Ekta Kapoor venture. The film is reportedly supposed to be the remake of a Southern film and will revolve around the issue of protection of women in the society. If Ekta Kapoor’s promise is to go by, Varun Dhawan and Ileana D’Cruz will be seen delivering an entertainer with a message at the core. And the newest on-screen couple – Varun and Ileana – are definitely ones to watch out for!
