New Delhi: Ayan Mukerji’s film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ is going to be a mixed bag of emotions and the song ‘Kabira’, which is the newest track to be released by Dharma Productions, throws more light on the point.
So, here we have Naina (Deepika Padukone) and Bunny (Ranbir Kapoor) shedding tears, getting separated and heartbroken amidst the beautiful locations of Rajasthan. Composed by Pritam, ‘Kabira’ is a mix of rustic and western tunes.
Deepika is looking lovely draped in rich Indian silhouettes in some portions of the song’s video while Ranbir seems to have grown a beard and is looking the part of a distressed lover going through a painful period of separation from his beloved, which reminds us of Saif Ali Khan in the song ‘Main Kya Hoon’ from ‘Love Aajkal’.
‘Kabira’ has it in it to heighten the excitement level for the film among the viewers. Although, it is not one of the best numbers on the track list, yet it is fine enough to be rated well for its creative composition.
Have a look at the video of ‘Kabira’ and do leave us a comment on what you think about the song.
