Mumbai: A number of newbies dream of working with Karan Johar, who specialises in making romantic films. The filmmaker has a unique style of storytelling and loves presenting his films with larger than life mise-en-scene. But what really inspired him to make cinema? Read his tweet:

In the tweet, KJo is referring to Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ starring Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit. The film is one of the biggest blockbusters in the history of Indian Cinema. The film had an ensemble cast which included Anupam Kher, Alok Nath, Reema Lagoo, Mohnish Bahl, Renuka Shahane, Himani Shivpuri, and Ajit Vachani.
