British sportswear label Fred Perry has announced that two unreleased collections designed by the late Amy Winehouse will be released posthumously.

Washington: British sportswear label Fred Perry has announced that two unreleased collections designed by the late Amy Winehouse will be released posthumously.
Fred Perry had previously worked with the singer, who died suddenly last month, on two successful collections and will release two more, one later this year and another in 2012.
“Amy was passionate and dedicated to the collaboration, and her signature style is clearly stamped across each piece,” Contactmusic quoted the company as saying in a statement. “Amy``s royalties and fees from both collections will be donated to the soon-to-be-established Amy Winehouse Foundation. Fred Perry will also make a seasonal donation to the Foundation,” it added. Amy was said to have been fully involved with the design of her collections, the first of which was a 50s inspired set which included twinsets, gingham, pencil skirts and capri pants in October 2010. She then collaborated on a follow up Spring/Summer collection, which was Hawaiian-inspired and launched in March this year. ANI
