This season go metallic with your make up

Metallic hues exhibit class; especially when used in makeup. And, when you talk about weddings, these can be perfectly carried-off by a bride as they match her lehenga embroidery just so well! Similarly, anyone can pull of these hues with utmost perfection this wedding season. Permanent Makeup expert and Executive Director of ALPS Beauty Clinics, Ms. Gunjan Gaur, tells all about the trend as well as its implementation.

Bronzed Desire:

Adorn the parts of your face with a bronzer for a tanned and sun-kissed look. Incept doing it by this making a 3 (numeric three) on both sides of you face –for contouring forehead, cheekbones and jaw-line. This metallic shade is sure to endow you with a celebrity-like feel in a go!

Highlight the Zing:

For highlighting above your cheekbones – opt for gold or silver hue to let all the eyes stuck on you! For this just blend the metallic highlighter perfectly on your cheekbones – as these colors if not worked upon may end up looking tacky too!

Shimmery Shadow:

If you want to endow your eyes with an all-retro look – go for a bronze or copper hued eye-shadow. Follow it up by applying a black winged liner over your lash-line for a doe-eyed look. Now, to make your peepers look opened-up, apply a coat of mascara and make your lashes appear longer and thicker for the day.

“Stoney” Effect:

These days, stones having a metallic finish are also being used in makeup. You can use these as Bindis or to adorn the inner corners of your eyes to emerge as princess. Nail art using such studs as well as stones can also be inscribed to bring-up the sass of the entire look.

Tress Twinkle:

Chunky, huge hair accessories are also a hit amongst girls. So, choose a metallic finish, passa or head band with golden, silver or copper flowers – all are sure to make you the limelight of the wedding occasion. Just choose a right and wise hair style, before rounding upon any accessory by consulting your makeup artist in advance.
