Miley Cyrus named worst dressed celeb of 2013

Los Angeles: Pop singer Miley Cyrus has topped a list of worst dressed celebrities of 2013 by Time magazine. Reality TV star Kim Kardashian takes the second spot on the list.

The singer earned first place in the annual countdown for flaunting a nude-coloured Latex two-piece that she wore on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in September. Kardashian features on the list for struggling to dress her baby bump, while actress Anne Hathaway came in third place for wearing a pale pink Prada dress to the Oscars ceremony earlier this year.
