Los Angeles: Country singer Taylor Swift has abandoned her famous curls to go for a straight-haired look with bangs for her upcoming birthday.The blonde beauty, who turns 20 on Sunday, was spotted with straightened hair while heading out to dinner in New York City on Thursday, US magazine reported.
Earlier in the day, Swift wrote on her Twitter page, "Photo shoot all day, followed by dinner with (actress) Emma Stone. Then we wandered around a candy store like wide-eyed little kids."
Swift, who is rumoured to be dating `New Moon` star Taylor Lautner, has recently confessed her love for the holiday season in the year.
"I love everything about this time of year, but mostly the way that people find ways to be with the ones they love. And I love sweaters. Everyone is wearing sweaters right now,"
she wrote on her MySpace blog.
