Zayn Malik debuts new lotus flower tattoo

Los Angeles: Singer Zayn Malik is celebrating his single life by getting a new tattoo, lotus flower.

The former One Direction singer was snapped sporting the ink during a night outing at Warwick nightclub on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood on August 5, reported Ace Showbiz.

Zayn, dressed casually in a white t-shirt and burgundy trousers, showed off his new artwork which was etched on his left arm.

The lotus flower tattoo is known to symbolize "rebirth."

The day before, the 22-year-old star hinted at the body ink with a cryptic post on Twitter which featured a picture of the flower cut out on piano keys.

Earlier this week, reports emerged that Zayn called off his engagement to Perrie.
