Christmas special recipe: Plum Cake

Bake this plum cake to make this Christmas extra special.

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups self-raising flour
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup peeled plums (fresh or tinned), or enough to cover the cake

Procedure:

Mix together the eggs and the sugars. Sift in one cup of flour. Add one cup of oil. Add 2 cups of flour followed by 3/4 cup of orange juice. Spread plums onto the top of the mixture. Bake for approximately 50 minutes at 160ºC.
