Prawn, fennel and orange salad
Try out this yummy salad.
- 24 cooked and peeled king prawns
- 3 peeled oranges
-2 tablespoon fresh orange juice
-2 baby fennel sliced bulbs
-1 ½ tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
- Half sliced onion
-60 ml extra virgin olive oil
-350 g piece Greek fetta
-salt and pepper
-Cut the Greek fetta into small pieces
-Whisk the mixture of hazelnuts, orange juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
-Place the prawns, fetta, fennel, onion in a platter and sprinkle them with the whipped mixture and serve.
