Recipe: Candied Orange Peel

Try out this easy to make recipe.

Ingredients:

Orange peels
Sugar

Directions:

First of all cautiously cut orange peel in strips, place in saucepan in cold water
Now bring to boil and repeat process three times.
Now measure orange peel and add equal quantity of sugar and hot water to cover, and cook until pulp is translucent.
Remove from syrup and roll it in sugar.
Finally place on plates to dry.
