Recipe: Cheese Dosa

Ingredients:

Dosa batter

2 small cubes of cheese

1 onion (sliced)

5-6 strands of coriander (finely chopped)

Chaat Masala (to sprinkle)

Oil for cooking

Procedure:

Grate the cheese cubes and keep it ready. Now, heat a tava and pour one ladle of dosa batter and spread it evenly in a round shape. Add the oil around the dosa. Then add some sliced onion evenly on the surface.

Once you start seeing tiny holes on the dosa, add the grated cheese and let it remain for a few minutes. Make sure the flame is low so that the dosa doesn’t get burnt.

Remove the dosa off the flame. Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot with chutney.
