Try out this cranberry chicken salad.
- 2 small bowl of cooked chicken boneless meat cut into pieces
-1/2 bowl of crushed (dried) cranberries
-1/2 bottled poppy seed dressing
-1 stem of chopped celery
-1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
-Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the boneless chicken in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain the soup and cut the meat into small pieces.
- Put all the mixture along with the chicken meat in a big bowl and add the seasoning as per your taste.
- Serve this with lettuce leaves or use this in between brown bread for chicken salad sandwich.
