Recipe: Fish Paupitte With Mango Sauce

Ingredients

  • Fish Fillet 2100 Gms
  • Olive Oil 50 Gms
  • Mango 100 Gms
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • Lemon Juice 10 Ml
  • Dill Chopped 10 Gms
  • Basil 10 gms


Method

  • Marinate the fish fillet with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped dill.
  • Peel fresh mango and puree and cook foe min.
  • Set the seasoning ad finish with chopped basil and olive oil.
  • Grill the fish paupitte till tender and serve hot with mango sauce.
