- Fish Fillet 2100 Gms
- Olive Oil 50 Gms
- Mango 100 Gms
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Lemon Juice 10 Ml
- Dill Chopped 10 Gms
- Basil 10 gms
- Marinate the fish fillet with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped dill.
- Peel fresh mango and puree and cook foe min.
- Set the seasoning ad finish with chopped basil and olive oil.
- Grill the fish paupitte till tender and serve hot with mango sauce.
