½ spring onions (thoroughly rinsed and finely chopped)
1 ½ tsp chilli powder
3-4 tablespoon gram flour (roasted)
1 tsp turmeric
1 ½ tsp dhaniya powder
1 ½ tsp jeera powder
1 ½ tsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon oil
Heat some oil in a pan. Put some mustard seeds. Then add the finely chopped spring onions once the mustard seeds start spluttering. Mix well. Add gramflour and all the masalas and then salt to taste. Cook until the onion reduces to half.
This delicious sabzi can be served with chapattis.
