A cup of plain yoghurt
15-20 de-seeded and finely chopped kaala jamun
Cumin powder to taste
Mix everything together, garnish with some finely chopped fresh coriander and serve chilled.
Feel free to add some pomegranate seeds for added nutrition and flavour.
One can also opt for low fat yogurt to make this yummy and guilt-free raita.
