Recipe: Paneer in white gravy
500 cups Paneer cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Garam masala
1/4 cup fresh cream
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnish
For the Paste:
3 cups finely chopped onions
Half cup chopped cashews
10 cloves garlic
2 tsp roughly chopped ginger
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add the onion paste and cook on a medium flame for about 10 minutes, till the oil separates.
Add Garam masala, salt, milk and mix well.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the paste turns light golden.
Add paneer and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cream on top and turn off the heat
Pour in the cream.
Serve hot garnished with the coriander.
