Papaya pie is a refreshing recipe that tastes divine. Try it out for sure.
1 sweet papaya
1 cup condensed milk
3 cups cool whipped cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 ready made pie crust
Cut the papaya open and scoop out the seeds and strings.
Use a large spoon to scrape the fruit out of the shell.
Blend the papaya fruit. Then, in a bow mix the lemon juice, condensed milk, papaya, and the whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into a pie crust and smooth out the top.
Freeze your papaya pie for 6 hours so it can set.
Be sure to remove the papaya pie from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
The pie goes great with whip cream so be sure to add a dollop on top!
