Recipe: Pineapple sandesh

Add the dash of pineapple to the sweet sandesh.


8 slices of tinned pineapple
8 cherries to garnish

For the topping:

1 cup fresh paneer, crumbled
8 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp fresh cream


Remove extra water from pineapple rings.

Combine all the topping ingredients in a mixer grinder.

Spread some stuffing over each ring of tinned pineapple slice evenly.

Decorate the centre with cherries.

Repeat this for all the remaining pineapple slices.

Serve cold.
