Sanjana Lal Add the dash of pineapple to the sweet sandesh.Ingredients:8 slices of tinned pineapple8 cherries to garnish For the topping:1 cup fresh paneer, crumbled8 tsp powdered sugar1/4 tsp vanilla essence2 tsp fresh creamProcedure:Remove extra water from pineapple rings.Combine all the topping ingredients in a mixer grinder. Spread some stuffing over each ring of tinned pineapple slice evenly. Decorate the centre with cherries. Repeat this for all the remaining pineapple slices. Serve cold.
