Recipe: Rose Lassi
1.5 cups fresh curd/dahi/yogurt
1 cup chilled water or ½ cup water
10 to 12 dried rose petals or 5 to 6 fresh edible rose petals
1 to 2 tsp rose water
3 tbsp rose syrup
2 to 3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chopped or sliced dry fruits like pistachios, almonds
Take 1.5 cups of fresh and chilled. Put it in a blender jar.
Now, add 1 cup of chilled water, also add 10-12 dried rose petals or 5 to 6 fresh rose petals.
Pour1 to 2 tsp rose water and 3 tbsp rose syrup.
If you wish you can add ice cubes long with it it.
Blend it till it is smooth and lassi becomes frothy.
Pour lassi in glasses and garnish it with fresh rose petals or chopped dry fruits like almonds and pistachios.
