Recipe: Sabudana Khichdi
Try this tasty and healthy dish for breakfast today!
Sabudana ( Sago ) - 1/4 kilo
Ginger - a small piece
Green chilli - 6
Onion - 1
Curry leaves - a handful
Potato - 1
Mustard - 2 tsp
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Ground nut powder - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - a small bunch
Salt - as needed
Soak sabudhana in water, strain and set aside.
Cut onion, green chilli, potato, coriander leaves finely.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard, urad dal and when mustard splutters, add onion, green chilli, ginger, potato and fry.
Add sabudhana, salt cover the pan with a lid and cook.
When sabudhana is cooked, remove the pan from the stove.
Add groundnut powder, coriander leaves, stir and serve.
