Recipe: Tender Coconut Mocktail

Ingredients:  

Chilled tender coconut - 2 
Vanilla ice-cream - 1/2 cup
Sugar - As reqd

Method:

For preparing tender coconut cooler, blend the tender coconut flesh and water with sugar in a blender.
Then add ice-cream and blend again for 1 min.
Tender coconut cooler is ready. Serve it in mocktail glass decorated.
