Recipe: Vegetarian Club Sandwich
We need white bread
Coriander Chutney- 2 tablespoon
2-3 Boiled potatoes
Chaat masala (as per taste)
Firstly, on the two bread slices spread some green chutney for the neat base.
Then place the capsicum on one side of the slice, along with tomato slices on top of it. Add some chaat masala on top of d tomato and also a little salt (as per taste). Put the cheese and place the other slice of bread on top of it. Press gently. Add some chutney again on the sides of the bread.
Add the onion slice on the bread slice. Put the mashed potatoes and again add a little chaat masala. Add a little more of the cheese and close this spread with the third bread the chutney side covering the second bread. Heat it in an oven at 350 C for 5-10 mins. Let it cool, and then you can cut it in any shape you like.
Your dish is ready to be served.
