No stand-alone `Hulk` film in the making: Mark Ruffalo

Los Angeles: Actor Mark Ruffalo has denied that his superhero character `Hulk` is getting a solo outing anytime soon.

The Marvel character will next make an appearance in `Avengers 2`. "A lot of folks have been asking about the Next Hulk. The next time you see my Hulk it will be in the Avengers2. No plans for stand alone," Ruffalo tweeted. "I am not giving up on another stand alone Hulk. But it`s not in the works right now. One never knows what the future will bring," he added. The actor, however, did not deny that there was a chance for his character to make a solo appearance. "Just to be totally clear. I did not say there was not going to ever be a stand alone Hulk film. I said there wasn`t one in the works now." The rumours of a stand-alone Hulk movie started after Ruffalo said last year that he had signed on to play Bruce Banner and his alter ego six times. PTI
