Pattinson, Stewart to miss `Eclipse` premiere

Los Angeles: Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will not attend the London premiere of their movie "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse". The third movie in the vampire franchise is set to launch in London on July 1. The trio has recorded video messages for the premier. Instead of seeing the three lead actors, fans will meet Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan), Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) will not be far away with specially recorded video messages for their UK fans," said a representative from E1 Entertainment who are distributing the film in Britain. However, no reason has been given yet for the absence of the lead stars. IANS
