‘Bigg Boss 8’: What made Ali Quli Mirza teary-eyed?

Mumbai: Ever Since Ali Quli Mirza entered the house of Bigg Boss 8 , the singer-actor has made headlines for all wrong reasons.

Most people in the house have been of the opinion that Ali doesn’t know how to behave with women and have often accused him of being disrespectful towards the female inmates.

Even Parineeti Chopra, who was on the show to promote her film ‘Kill Dil’ a few weeks back, had played a prank with Ali and held him guilty of touching her in the wrong way. Earlier in one of the episodes, inmate Sonali Raut was miffed with Ali after he touched her in a certain way.

In Thursday’s episode, when Puneet Issar was asked by Bigg Boss to speak about the negative aspects of each of the inmates of the house, the veteran was quick enough to talk about Ali’s attitude towards women.

Puneet, like several others felt that Ali isn’t respectful towards women. In response to Puneet’s observation, Ali said that he has an ailing mother and does all what a duty-bound son needs to do. He has women in his family and knows how to respect them. While defending his stance, Ali broke down and denied being disrespectful towards women.

Ali’s moist eyes touched many in the house. Nigaar who had until then kept a distance from Ali, walked up to him and said that she would not mind being friends with him and thanked Puneet for stirring the hidden principled man in him.
