'Bigg Boss 8': What's wrong with Upen Patel?

New Delhi: We have often seen the madness inside Bigg Boss house turn wild, aggressive and even abusive. But what's surprising in this season is inmate Upen Patel's complete transformation in the last few weeks. The fact that he came across as a shy, reserved boy-next-door took a 360 degree turn with him turning super aggressive with other inmates.

Upen has been a consistent player—did his tasks well and got enough appreciation for it from everyone. Be it host Salman Khan or audience's love—he got it all. However, post close friend Diandra's eviction last week, the model-turned-actor seems to have gone on a different tangent altogether.

Last night's episode showed how madly he behaved with Ali Quli Mirza. The fight which ensued between the two went on to get aggravated when Dimpy intervened and others had to stop them. When Dimpy started poking Pritam, he asked her not to touch him and rather try out any other trick (Pritam was seated on a chair to get immunity in a task). The loud-mouth that Dimpy is, she didn't budge from her stand and that resulted in an ugly fight.

For the first time ever, we saw Pritam using abusive language on the show, which of course was initiated by Dimpy. She hurled abuses at him, while Upen was with her. The entire Bigg Boss house including the viewers outside are left wondering what's wrong with Upen Patel? May be Salman only can solve this mystery on Saturday special—Weekend ka Vaar.
