London: Kelly Osbourne has slammed `X Factor` judge Dannii Minogue by calling her "the devil" after the Australian singer blamed Sharon Osbourne of abusing her in her soon-to-be-released autobiography.
Kelly, who is the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, took to her twitter page to blame Dannii of spreading a pack of lies about her mother, who left the `X Factor` soon after the Australian star joined, the Daily Express reported.
In her book, titled `My Story`, Dannii claims that an angry Sharon reduced her to tears minutes before the first live show of the `X Factor` by launching a tirade of abuse so severe that producers had to remove her from the vicinity.
"The best thing to happen to Dannii`s career was that my mother hated her. She needs to shut her mouth and concentrate on motherhood. I will be the first one to admit that my mother did not play her cards right when it came to Dannii but trust me when I say that Dannii is the devil," Kelly wrote.
She then went on to say, "Dannii you are so lucky that I respect Simon enough to not tell the truth about what really happened. To the 12 Dannii fans out there I ask you this question what would you do if someone wrote a book of lies about your mother?"
Sharon first appeared on the show in 2004 alongside regular judges Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh but left soon after Dannii`s arrival in 2008, claiming she didn`t like working with her.
She was replaced by Cheryl Cole.
