Simon Cowell may get axed from ‘The X-Factor’ in wake of baby reports

Washington: ‘The X Factor’ judge Simon Cowell could risk losing his American TV career if viewers take negatively to the recent news of him expecting a baby with friend`s wife.

US TV sources have revealed that this year was already make or break for the show in America but the news of his affair and new baby threatened to damage his reputation and show ratings, TMZ reported. Sources added that the X Factor show would be turned off if the series flopped. Cowell`s show is screened on Fox, which have millions of viewers in conservative middle American states, who may take a dim view of his affair with the wife of one of his best friends, which might result in the show being axed.
