London: Simon Cowell will be conferred with a special prize at 38th International Emmy Awards.
Cowell will be presented with the International Emmy Founders Award for his work on various TV talent shows, including "American Idol" and "America`s Got Talent", reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Jason Priestley will host the ceremony in New York on Nov 22.
