Los Angeles: Singer Britney Spears mentors the youngest singers on reality show ‘The X Factor’ and looks for their best interests in the competition.
Finalist Beatrice Miller, 13, told bangshowbiz.com: "Britney is the best, I had all her music growing up. So to be able to ask her advice is amazing."
"She`s so nurturing. I was having a lot of trouble with my voice and she totally understood. She totally respected the fact that I was unwell and said `Just do whatever you feel is necessary`," said Miller.
Carly Rose Sonenclar, another 13-year-old, also was having voice issues and agreed that Spears made sure each of her contestants were looked after.
"She`s very personable and fun and hands-on. She`s very open to questions and suggestions. I`ve been worried about my voice this week and I feel like I can go to Britney with any issues I have," said Sonenclar.
Arin Ray, 17, is thrilled to have Britney as his mentor.
"To have Britney as my mentor is just amazing. The way we bonded was incredible, I hope to someday be as successful as her. She shows you how to still be relevant in the industry from a young age."
